******How the ordering process works******

1. Select your tile size

2. Fill in the fields above, starting with the words you want displayed on the tile, then a description of the theme of the tile. You can have anything you can think of.

3. Proceed to order the tile and make payment. Be sure to enter your email and/or phone number if not already logged into a customer account with your contact details.

4. We will then design your tile based on your specifications. Once ready, we will send you up to four design mockups for you to select from. Your tile will not be made until you are happy with the design. You will be able to arrange a call with our design team if needed.

5. Once you have signed off on the final tile design, the tile will be made and shipped to you. The entire process will take no longer than 5 business days, unless we are experiencing exceedingly large numbers of orders and requests.

******Installation and Care******

Your Display Tile will come with double-sided adhesive dots, which can then be put on the back of the tile. These will then allow the tile to be mounted on interior surfaces like walls, doors, etc.

 If you need to remove the tile from the surface, first twist the tile to collapse the surface area of the adhesive dots, which will allow for an easy removal process and avoid any wallpaper tears or paint being removed.

If you want to clean the tile, use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid a rough cloth or chemical cleaning agents.
