Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in Australia. Every order is made to order and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days; personalised designs are dispatched once you've approved your design.

Postage is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order, with Standard and Express options. Free delivery applies to orders over the amount shown at the top of every page. Ceramic house portraits always ship free.

Packing: every tile is bubble wrapped and boxed. If anything arrives chipped or damaged, email a photo to operations@styleontile.com.au within 21 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

We don't currently ship outside Australia. If you're overseas, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
