How do I order existing tiles?

Have a browse through our range and once you have decided what you want, add them to your cart. Then, proceed to the checkout, enter your shipping information and choose a payment method to complete your order.

How do I order custom photo tiles or tiles with my own artwork on them?

Simply navigate to the Custom Photo Tiles page, then select your tile size. From there, you will see an option to upload your photo/artwork, from your files. Once you select the image you want to upload, you will be prompted to crop the image to fit the size and shape of the tile you selected. This will act as a preview of your image. (Please note: for best results, choose a high quality image, with a minimum pixel length/width of 1000, preferably higher).

How do I order custom house number tiles?

The are two types of customised house number tiles you can order: from one of our existing design templates or from scratch. We have many eye catching design templates featuring iconic animals, themes and environments, and if you like one of those, simply select the one you like, choose your size, then add your house number to be displayed. It will be displayed in the same style as the one you see on the design template. (For larger numbers or unit numbers, the numbers may appear a little smaller so to fit everything aesthetically). You will also have the option of display your street name and type as an address plaque on the tile (e.g. Smith Street, Lunar Crescent, Cascade Road, etc)

If you want to have a one-of-a-kind house number tile designed from scratch, simply enter the details of what you would like on your house number tile (e.g a rustic farmhouse with pine trees, blue skies, rolling green hills and foxes out the front) and you will be emailed several designs to choose from, all designed in our stunningly unmistakable Style On Tile design theme. From there, you cna have back and forth with our design theme about exactly how you want the tile to appear. The tile does not get made until you are completely happy with the design!

How do I install my custom tiles into a wall? 

The installation method will depend on the size of tile and the surface you are tiling. For most standard wall installations, you can use a suitable tile adhesive available from most hardware stores. Ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, and level before applying the adhesive and placing the tiles. For larger projects or if you are unsure, we recommend consulting with a professional tiler.   

Are custom tiles suitable for kitchen backsplashes or bathrooms? 

Yes, our custom tiles are generally suitable for kitchen backsplashes and bathroom walls as they are water-resistant and easy to clean. However, for areas with constant direct water exposure, such as inside a shower enclosure, we recommend adding an extra glaze for more robust waterproofing.

What type of adhesive should I use for wall installation? 

We recommend using a high-quality tile adhesive that is appropriate for ceramic tiles and the surface you are tiling onto. Follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions for best results. For wet areas like bathrooms or kitchen backsplashes, ensure you use a water-resistant adhesive.   

Can custom tiles be used on floors? 

No, we do not recommend our tiles for flooring applications. Tiles intended for floor use typically require higher durability and slip resistance ratings.

How can I display my custom tiles as standalone pieces? Do you offer stands or framing options? 

Custom tiles can be displayed in various ways as standalone art. You can use easels, display stands (some are available for purchase on our site ), or even have them framed. We are currently exploring options for framing in the future.   

How do I care for and clean my custom tiles? 

Our custom tiles are easy to care for. For general cleaning, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could potentially damage the image.   

Where do you ship to? 

We ship Australia wide. We will also soon offer international shipping to many countries.Please check our shipping policy page or contact us to confirm shipping availability to your location.   

What are the shipping costs? 

Shipping costs depend on the order size, weight, and destination. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before payment.

How will my tiles be packaged to ensure they arrive safely? 

We take great care in packaging. Tiles are fragile, so we use protective materials like bubble wrap and appropriate padding to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?

In the rare event of damage during shipping, please contact us within of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged tiles and the packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
